Admissions Process

Saarthi International Sr. Sec. School is an English Medium Co-Educational School offering education from Nursery to Class XII.
Admission to Nursery and KG is granted based on a general interaction with the child and parents.
Admission to Classes I to XI is granted on the basis of a written test and interview, as per the school’s admission policy.

Documents Required for Admission

Applicants are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

1. Birth Certificate.
2. Four recent passport-size colour photographs of the student.
3. School Leaving/Transfer Certificate from the previous school (if applicable).
4. Attested photocopy of the mark sheet of the previous class.
5. Proof of Residence (original and photocopy), any one of the following:
   • Ration Card in the name of either parent (Mother/Father) with the child’s name included.
   • Domicile Certificate of the child or either parent.
   • Voter ID (EPIC) of either parent.
   • Electricity Bill, Water Bill, MTNL Telephone Bill, or Passport in the name of either parent or the child.
   • Aadhaar Card/UID of either parent.
6. Aadhaar Card of the student.
7. One postcard-size family photograph of the student with both parents.

Registration & Prospectus

Registration forms are available at the school reception during working hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM) on all working days.

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹25 is applicable.

The duly completed registration form should be submitted to the school office during working hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM) along with the required documents.
